Gawd!
But, I don't notice how long it takes me.
I believe the "Bug-Ins" sometimes have these competitions.
I think the rules are you drive to the start line , Take it out and put
it in and drive to the finish line. Penalties for bolts left off. etc.
I'll check out the site. Thanks.

They are all bogus.
The car has been pre. prepped as in wires, cables etc. not needed being
disconnected. Bolts loosened, tinware loosened etc. you get the drift.
I would like to see a real engine pull on a 20 year old car being in
service the whole time, I guarantee you the engine would not be in and out
in less than three minutes.. Simply not doable even with two guys and
dedicated tools.

Karts, mopeds, scooters, motorcycles, cars and racing cars(add a tad of
bicycles in there as well( even a few boats)).

It's true, Rand was a friend of my brothers. There was certain rules you had to follow. No butterfly nuts/bolts, all hardware and wiring intact. Car must be driven up to the line, and able to be driven after completion. Oh, the good ol days of early Cal look VW's.
